Payal lends her 25+ years of acquired expertise & passion in the Luxury Industry to the service of educational institutions.Applying hands-on experiences with pedagogy is essentially her forte. Her approach towards teaching is interactive, engaging and sharing of "real world" challenges and ways of finding solutions to better prepare future leaders. As an example - at the start of the pandemic in 2020, she designed, developed and taught a fully online 3 month/48h Luxury Brand Development Course, targeting a MENA audience, for a French Fashion School with a global presence
MENTORSHIP
Payal believes that the right mentoring can be life changing. It is this sense of purpose and fulfilment in seeing future leaders grow that is key for her.She has officially been a mentor at the Global MBA in Luxury Brand Management at her alma mater, the Essec Business School, Paris since over a decade.
She has also held coaching sessions and conferences at various institutions in Europe, Middle East and India for the last decade.
